You have to have the CD in of the UB your using. The CD that came into the package of the UB have to match. This is usually a problem with people who own multiple UBs or don't own a back-up. Your CD has to be the same that came in the package of the UB you got in. If not plug in every other Ub until you get the right one.

Ok first off how did this work. Did you reinstall the game or what? If you reinstalled the game my advice should work. If not you should reinstall the game. or reinstall it AGAIN
look, do this,...... im only gonna say this onece! because im taking a break! okay, first, did you try cleaning the u.s.b. connecter from the back of ub, to your computer?, if not, try it. it should work after that. if not, you should just re-connecting it over, and over again.
oh, and after my break, im going to get you another hero and or villion! ;D
What do I clean it with?

just clean it with your fingures or something.
First we need to know if you have a windows vista or windows xp computer to give any suggestions.
